Downloading and Setting Up the VI Hail App

The VI Hail rider app is available for iPhone and Android devices. Follow the steps below to download and set up the app so you can begin using the service.

Step 1: Download the App

Download the VI Hail rider app from the appropriate app store:

• Apple App Store (iPhone):

Step 2: Create or Log Into Your Account

1. Open the VI Hail app after installation

2. Create an account using your email address or phone number

3. Verify your account if prompted

4. Log in to continue

Step 3: Enable Required Permissions

For the best experience, allow the following permissions when prompted:

• Location Services – required to find nearby drivers

• Notifications – ride updates and alerts

Location access allows VI Hail to automatically detect your current location.

Step 4: Add Funds to Your Wallet

Before booking a ride, you must add funds to your VI Hail wallet.

• VI Hail uses a prepaid wallet system

• Funds are added through a secure Stripe payment portal

• Cash payments are not accepted

You can add funds directly from the Wallet section in the app.

You’re Ready to Hail

Once setup is complete, you can:

• Enter your destination

• Request rides

• Track drivers

• View trip history and receipts

• Access support from the app
