Accessing Account Settings
To access your account settings:
Open the VI Hail app
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner
Tap your profile picture or default profile icon
This opens your profile and account settings.
Editing Your Profile
From your profile screen, you can:
Update your name
Add or change your profile photo
Keeping your profile information up to date helps drivers identify you and improves your hail experience.
Adding or Updating Your Email Address
You can add or update your email address from the profile settings.
Your email can be used for:
Account recovery
Support communication
Notifications (when applicable)
Creating or Changing Your Password
From the account settings, you can:
Create a password
Change your existing password
This adds an extra layer of security to your account.
Changing the App Language
The VI Hail app supports multiple languages.
To change the language:
Open Menu (☰)
Tap your profile
Select Language
Choose your preferred language
Language changes apply within the app after selection.
Logging Out of Your Account
To log out:
Open Menu (☰)
Tap your profile
Select Log Out
Logging out is useful if you’re switching devices or troubleshooting issues.
Deleting Your Account
If you no longer wish to use VI Hail, you can delete your account from the app.
To delete your account:
Open Menu (☰)
Tap your profile
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request
⚠️ Important:
Deleting your account permanently removes your access and cannot be undone.
