Adding Funds to Your VI Hail Wallet

VI Hail uses a secure offline wallet system.
Before you can request a hail,, you must add funds to your VI Hail wallet using our Stripe-powered payment portal.

⚠️ VI Hail does not accept cash. All hails are paid from your wallet balance.

? Step-by-Step: Add Funds to Your Wallet

1. Open the VI Hail app
   Log into your hailer account.

2. Go to the Wallet
   Select Add Funds.

3. Choose the amount
   Enter or select how much you want to add to your wallet.

4. Complete payment using Stripe
   You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your payment.

5. Funds added instantly
   Once payment is successful, your wallet balance updates and is ready for use.

• VI Hail does not store your card information

• All transactions are encrypted and protected

• Can’t book a hail?
  Check that your wallet has sufficient funds.

• Payment didn’t go through?
  Try again or use a different card.

• Wallet not updating?
  Log out and back into the app, then check your balance.
