If you believe you left an item behind during a hail, act as soon as possible.
The sooner you report it, the better the chance of recovery.
What to Do First

Review your Completed Trips to confirm the correct hail
Act quickly — items are easier to locate shortly after a hail
How to Report a Lost Item in the App
To report a lost item:
Open the VI Hail app
Tap Trips
Select Completed
Choose the hail where the item was lost
Tap Support or Report an Issue
Select Lost Item
Provide details about the item
Include a clear description to help identify it.
