2. Driver Canceled the Hail

A driver may cancel a hail due to:

• Traffic or road conditions

• Vehicle issues

• Inability to reach the hailer’s location

• Safety or compliance concerns

If this happens:

• The hail moves to Trips → Cancelled

• You can request a new hail immediately

No charges are applied for driver-initiated cancellations.

3. No Driver Accepted the Hail

If no driver accepts your hail within a certain time:

• The system may cancel the hail automatically

• This usually happens during low availability or high demand

You can retry after waiting a few minutes.

4. App or Connectivity Issues

A hail may cancel if:

• Internet connectivity is lost

• The app is closed or crashes during booking

• Location services stop responding

Reopen the app and try again once your connection is stable.

5. Wallet or Authorization Issue

If your wallet balance changes during the request:

• The hail may be canceled automatically
