What Is the VI Hail App?

The VI Hail app is a mobile application that allows hailers to fund a wallet, enter a destination, request hails, track drivers, review trips, and access support.

VI Hail automatically uses your current location to match you with nearby drivers.

How Hailers Use the App

Most hailers follow this flow:

  1. Download and set up the VI Hail app

  2. Create an account and complete profile setup

  3. Add funds to the wallet using the secure Stripe payment portal

  4. Enter a destination from the home screen

  5. Request a hail

  6. Track the driver and complete the hail

All hails are paid from the hailer’s wallet balance.
