Reporting Safety Concerns

If you experience or witness a safety-related issue before, during, or after a hail, you should report it as soon as possible.

Reporting safety concerns helps VI Hail review incidents and take appropriate action.

When to Report a Safety Concern

You should report a safety concern if:

  • You felt unsafe during a hail

  • A driver behavior caused concern

  • There was a rule or policy violation

  • An incident occurred during a hail

For emergencies, always use Call for Help (911) first.

To report a concern from the app:

  1. Open the VI Hail app
