If you experience or witness a safety-related issue before, during, or after a hail, you should report it as soon as possible.
Reporting safety concerns helps VI Hail review incidents and take appropriate action.
When to Report a Safety Concern
You should report a safety concern if:
You felt unsafe during a hail
A driver behavior caused concern
There was a rule or policy violation
An incident occurred during a hail
For emergencies, always use Call for Help (911) first.
How to Report a Safety Concern in the App
To report a concern from the app:
Open the VI Hail app
Tap Trips
Select the relevant hail
Tap Support or Report an Issue
Choose the safety-related option
Submit details of the concern
Reporting Through the Support Portal
You can also report safety concerns through the VI Hail support portal:
Include:
Date and time of the hail
Description of the incident
Any relevant details
What Happens After You Report
After submission:
The report is reviewed by the appropriate team
Additional information may be requested
Actions are taken based on findings and policies

Reports are handled confidentially
Submitting a report does not affect your ability to use the app
False or misleading reports may impact investigations
