Account Suspension or Termination Explained

In some cases, a VI Hail account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated to protect platform safety, compliance, and community standards.

These actions are taken seriously and reviewed carefully.


Reasons an Account May Be Suspended or Terminated

An account may be restricted due to:

  • Repeated violations of community guidelines

  • Unsafe or abusive behavior

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform

  • Abuse of promotions, refunds, or wallet features

  • Failure to comply with safety or legal requirements


Suspension vs Termination

Account Suspension

  • Temporary restriction

  • May be lifted after review

  • Access to hails may be limited during suspension

Account Termination

  • Permanent account removal

  • Access to VI Hail services ends

  • A new account cannot be created to bypass termination


What to Do If Your Account Is Suspended

If your account is suspended:
