Option 2: In-App Support

You can also contact support directly from the app:

  1. Open the VI Hail app

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰)

  3. Select Support

  4. Submit your request


What to Include in Your Request

To help resolve your issue faster, include:

  • Your registered phone number

  • Date and time of the hail (if applicable)

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if available)


Important Notes

  • Emergency issues should use Call for Help (911)

  • Support cannot modify active hails

  • Requests are handled in the order received
