Trouble Logging In?
If you’re unable to log in to your VI Hail account, it’s usually due to a temporary issue that can be resolved quickly.
Follow the steps below to get back in.
1. OTP Code Not Received
VI Hail uses a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your phone number.
What to Check
Make sure your phone number is entered correctly
Ensure your phone has signal or data
Wait a few moments and request the code again
2. Network or Connectivity Issues
A weak internet connection can prevent login.
What to Do
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Make sure airplane mode is turned off
Retry logging in once connected
3. App Needs to Be Restarted or Updated
Temporary app issues can affect login.
What to Do
Close the app completely
Reopen the app and try again
Check the App Store or Google Play for updates
4. Logged Out on Another Device
If you recently:
Logged in on a new device
Logged out manually
You may need to log in again using OTP verification.
5. Account Was Deleted
If your account was deleted:
It cannot be recovered
You must create a new account to use VI Hail again
