Entering Your Destination

When booking a hail, VI Hail asks one simple question on the home screen:

“Where do you want to go?”

To enter your destination:

  1. Open the VI Hail app

  2. On the home screen, enter your destination

  3. Select the correct location from the suggestions

  4. Review the route details

  5. Proceed to request your hail

You do not need to enter a pick-up location.
VI Hail automatically uses your current location.

Changing Your Destination Before a Hail Is Accepted

If you entered the wrong destination and no driver has accepted yet:

  1. Cancel the current hail request

  2. Return to the home screen

  3. Enter the correct destination

  4. Request a new hail

Destination changes are not supported once a hail request is active.

Changing Your Destination After a Driver Accepts

Once a driver has accepted your hail:

  • The destination is locked

  • You cannot edit the destination in the app

If the destination needs to change:

  • Cancel the hail

  • Request a new hail with the correct destination
