Promotions in VI Hail

VI Hail promotions allow riders to save on rides through coupon codes and referral discounts.

Promotions are managed directly in the app.

Accessing Promotions

To access promotions:

1. Tap the menu icon (☰)

2. Select Promotions

From here, you can view active promotions and manage your referral code.

Using a Coupon Code

If you have a coupon code for an active promotion:

1. Open Menu (☰) → Promotions

2. Enter the coupon code

3. Apply the code

If the promotion is valid and active, the discount will apply to your next eligible trip.

Referral Program

VI Hail offers a referral program for riders.

How Referrals Work

• You have a unique referral code

• Share your code with friends or family

• When someone signs up using your code and completes a trip, they receive 25% off their next hail

Referral discounts apply only when all promotion requirements are met.

Important Notes

• Only active promotions can be applied

• Promotions may have usage limits or expiration dates

• Coupon codes and referral discounts cannot always be combined

Common Questions

Where do I enter a coupon code?
Open the Promotions section from the menu and enter your code.

Where do I find my referral code?
Your referral code is displayed in the Promotions section.

Why didn’t my promotion apply?
The promotion may be expired, already used, or not eligible for the trip.
