Booking a Hail with VI Hail?

Booking a hail with VI Hail is quick and easy using the hailer app.
Before requesting a hail, make sure your VI Hail wallet has enough funds.

VI Hail is 100% cashless. All hails are paid from your wallet balance.

Step 1: Confirm Your Wallet Balance

1. Open the VI Hail app

2. Tap the menu icon (☰)

3. Check your wallet balance displayed under your profile name

If needed, add funds before continuing.

You must have sufficient funds in your wallet to request a hail.

Step 2: Enter Your Destination

On the home screen, you’ll see the prompt:

“Where do you want to go?”

• Enter your destination

• Review route details

You do not need to enter a pick-up location.
VI Hail automatically uses your current location to match you with a driver.

Step 3: Request Your Hail

1. Review your destination and trip details

2. Tap Request Hail

3. The app will search for a nearby driver

Once a driver accepts, you’ll see:

• Driver name

• Vehicle details

• Live driver location

Step 4: Take Your Hail

When the driver arrives, your hail will begin.

After the hail is completed:

• The final fare is deducted from your wallet

• Your receipt is available under Trips → Completed

Common Issues When Booking a Hail

I can’t request a hail
Check that your wallet has enough funds and location services are enabled.

No drivers available
Wait a few minutes and try again or move to a more populated area.

Wrong destination entered
Cancel the hail and request a new one with the correct destination.
