Refunds & Adjustments Explained

VI Hail reviews refunds and adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not automatic and are issued only when appropriate.


When a Refund or Adjustment May Apply

A refund or adjustment may be considered if:

  • A technical issue affected the hail

  • There was a billing or fare calculation error

  • The hail could not be completed due to a system issue

  • Support determines an adjustment is appropriate


How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds are returned to the VI Hail wallet

  • Refund timing depends on review and processing

  • Refunds are not issued in cash


How to Request a Refund or Adjustment

To request a review:

  1. Open the VI Hail app

  2. Tap Trips

  3. Select the relevant hail

  4. Choose Support or Report an Issue

  5. Submit details explaining the issue
