Refunds & Adjustments Explained
VI Hail reviews refunds and adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not automatic and are issued only when appropriate.
When a Refund or Adjustment May Apply
A refund or adjustment may be considered if:
A technical issue affected the hail
There was a billing or fare calculation error
The hail could not be completed due to a system issue
Support determines an adjustment is appropriate
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the VI Hail wallet
Refund timing depends on review and processing
Refunds are not issued in cash
How to Request a Refund or Adjustment
To request a review:
Open the VI Hail app
Tap Trips
Select the relevant hail
Choose Support or Report an Issue
Submit details explaining the issue
